As a nutrition coach, I create a menu for myself each week to stay consistent, eat well, and keep up with a packed schedule. Soon, I’ll be sharing a collection of menus with others who want the same kind of ease and structure.

Each menu includes quick, balanced meals using 5–7 ingredients and taking less than 45 minutes to make. It’s organized to simplify your grocery list, reduce daily decision fatigue, and help you feel more in control of your week.
